Bumper and Splash Guard Anatomy?

What is the portion that connects the splash guard (under the engine) and the bumper called? it's a long, this plastic piece that is right in the middle of the two.

hahah random ass question

its called the front splash shield. for some reason, couldnt find the part number. if you need one, just go down to the honda dealer and point out what it is on their computer.

btw, you know what those clips are called?

the ones that are two pieces? the smaller one goes into the bigger hole making it bigger so it says? (kind of like anchors for screws)
