FS: Mugen style rear lip!
Oh damn, I want this! is it the polyurethane one? and it fits USDM rear bumper right?
*edit* im picking up my aspec exhaust this thursday. I'm afraid the angled tip might have trouble fitting well in the cut out for the exhaust on the lip. I dont want it to end up melting into a ricer bumper

It's ABS plastic (my bumper), so it's not a cheapie fiberglass one
You know it's affordable! And yes, this will fit the USDM bumper!

hrrmm.. interested but also worried that my exhaust wont clear the lip. where are you located, possible to come check it out to see if it will fit?

I eat evo VIII's and STIs all day

okay just to clarify, i have test fitted this lip over my aspec exhaust and IT FITS! It doesn't come near it so u won't have 2 worry about it melting ur exhaust.
It mounts by 2 screws on each side of the bumper by the wheel wells. What i did was when i took the oem lip kit off, i reused the original lip holes so i wouldnt have 2 drill extra holes. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting some industrial strength 3m double sided tape (red one from osh, home depot, etc) and use it to hold up the middle portion so it doesn't sag. When i had it on my car, i used double sided tape in the middle area and it held up nicely.
bump for a nice rear lip.

fsho! damn kev your full of good info!
another question though. I have the base model so lets say i get all the lips would i have to drill holes in the bumpers anyways? or does the base bumper come with holes and i just need to find them?
the base bumpers IIRC has dimples where the screws need 2 go. But since u have a base version, u can pop them wherever u'd like cuz u don't have to add any extra holes.
But what i would recommend if u were 2 get this lip, is to get a friend with a sport lip and mount it onto ur car just temporarily enough to locate the exact spot where the screws go then make ur holes. then take the mugen lip and drill the holes to match up to the ones u just put on ur bumper. That way, IF you ever get an oem rear lip, u won't have extra holes to drill.
