Help Please! Where do components belong?

Help Please! Where do components belong?
I just found these loose components laying on the passenger side floor right under the glove box. I have no clue as to where they came from. Any ideas??? Thanks!

cell phone charger that has come apart, none of those items would be factory.

Duh! I should have thought of that. Just took a look at my GPS charger and that's where they came from. phew! Thanks so much for your quick response and help!
