Haikus praising the Fit

Too much time on my hands; our new Fit is on a train passing through Texas, then to Jacksonville, then to Hilton Head Honda and us, its new owners. I thought it might be fun to write a few Haiku poems, since Haiku is traditional Japanese poetry. For those uninitiated, there are three lines, containing 5,7 and 5 syllables respectively.

The cornier the better. I invite additions to my short compilation.

Our Fit is ordered
In Orange Revolution
It will be ours soon

What is i-VTEC?
I ponder and I wonder
How it works the valves

The Honda Fit is
A design made in Japan
Sold in U.S.A

I get GE-8
Eight more horse than GD-3
Nyeah, nyeah, nyeah, nyeah, nyeah

I have the Fit Sport
I get the sixteen inch wheels
Nyeah, nyeah, nyeah, nyeah

Go thirty three miles
On just one measly gallon
Help save the Planet

We praise you Honda
Why can't GM do as well?
I do not know why

I can go quite fast
With just my four cylinders
praise to i-VTEC

I looked at Nissan
I also shopped for Toyota
But Honda won out

Oh, enough, enough.
I push the 'Submit' button

"I also shopped for
Toyota", eight syllables!
Nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah, Pbblllt.

Just pickin' at you.
No car beats your GE8
Except GD3.

You have the sixteens,
but I don't think Fix-a-Flat
equals a spare tire.

You are much confused
I don't need the Fix-a-Flat
I get compact spare

I have one more thing
My extra stabilizer
Bar is in the rear.

There goes a Fit!
It is a 2009.
I wave anyway.

How I love my car.
It glows purple in the sun.
I am sick in love.

Fit for everything!
The best car in the world.
And beautiful, too.

Cool! the GE8
comes with a compact spare tire?
That's good news indeed!

Earlier I'd heard
the new Fit had no spare tire,
only Fix-a-Flat.
