Do you think the scoops drop engine temps at all

 

First you should have a reason to be worried about your temps (eg turbo/super charged, or desert conditions) to even bother with something like that, why are you worried?

Unless it's for aesthetics and you like the way a hood scoop looks, then go for it, just make sure it's real. A cheaper alternitive would be Rogue Fit's handy dandy Cowl Scoops.

 

I'm pretty sure thats what he meant in his question. And if you are really going for the 13s (as your sig suggests) then i would say go for it, they will keep your FI set-up cooler. Rogue Fit is selling some right now for cheap even.
