I converted a GM truck man!

I have a neighbor who is a diehard GM 4x4 truck kinda-a-man and has said what everybody says about our little Fits. "It's cute" or "It's small" or "I'm glad you like it"

Well, he came over today and I was out of beer so it was time to make a beer run.........and I let him drive. At first, he was saying, "It has enough power to get you where you are going" and then I dropped her into "S" and showed him the paddle shifters. The man fell in love!

We had my baby near re-line on every shift and he was like a kid in the candy store and I have to admit....he was thoroughly impressed!

Love my "little" Fit!

Well talk about a new Fit fan. Great story bro.

Any chance he might knock on your door holding the keys to a GE of his own?

When I told my dad that the Fit had more scoot than his cruiser did, he didn't believe me until I let him take it up to 6k. I won that argument!

I remember when my uncle and aunt vacationed here from the US last year, I drove them around in my GD1.

My aunt, who's driven large vehicles like a Toyota 4Runner and an old Nissan Quest, couldn't get her head around how roomy it was inside my teeny-tiny car. She was really impressed.

Couldn't really push it though because I didn't want to demonstrate the firm ride over Manila's bad roads.

That's awesome. I haven't had anyone complain when driving my car. Just have to work on the GM inlaws.
