Proud co-owner of a 2009 Honda Fit

Hello all,

My girlfriend and I just bought a 2009 Orange Revolution Honda Fit Sport with a whopping 13 miles on the odometer. This vehicle is a whole different kind of car than what I am used to (I currently own a 2006 Monte Carlo SS with the 5.3L LS4) and I cannot wait to add some goodies to it! I believe my first mod may be some wheels; although I have not figured out the proper size, width and offset yet.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi to everyone on here and look forward to getting to know everyone!

Wow- co ownership. Without getting into all that, I'll just congratulate you and sincerely wish you the best of luck! Really, really tons of luck! More luck than I've wished all week...combined!

No threesomes going on here lol. I am the co-owner as me and my girlfriend bought the car together; I paid part of the down payment and will pay for the mods (as I want them the most) while she takes care of the monthly payment.

What? You know those rear seats go down.

Sounds like you got a sweet deal going on. Enjoy.

Oh yeah, you got a sweet deal all right. You got a Fit on the cheap, and she's paying for it! A mothly payment isn't an elective- it's a must. A mod? That's an elective- something you can do...or not do. I don't know who's smarter or who's more foolish. I'll tell you one thing though- if your relationship crashes, you don't own this Fit- she does, and you can kiss it goodbye. Mods, every one of them...and all. Start paying for half the monthly nut and have records of it if you wish to count yourself among a Fit owner. Minus that, you're a Fit moocher, not an owner. Not even a co owner

As I said, I wish you luck.
