Dropping my GE8

First off.. Hello everyone
I've been lurking around for some time gathering a bunch of great info for my 09 SS Fit Sport. I have the bug and have started looking in to parts. I'm now looking to drop the fit and have searched the forum and internet for answers but have hit a road block when it came down to the rear sway bar and front upper strut bar. I see a few choices for springs and ready to pull the trigger and would like to install the bars while everything is apart but it seems I am limited to what is available or am I missing something. Can someone please direct me to what is out there and where available so I can move forward. I'm looking to spend around $300 for both shipped to LI NY if it makes a difference.

Thank you in advance and thanks for all the great info that's available on the board.

Just ordered a Progress 19mm rear sway bar. Should be in @ 2 weeks. Perfect timing for the install. Now on to the Upper strut bar. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Hrm...I believe Cusco makes a front strut bar for the GE.

Check into that...There is a difference between jdm and usdm but from what I hear, the only thing that usdm does is provide a bracket to help drop your brake reservoir so it won't hit the bar. Some say even without the bracket, they have no problems.

no worries, also if u r planning on gettting a rear strut bar, cusco and J's racing make one but the cusco one requires u to cut up some of the rear panels and the j's racing one i have doesn't
