Are they interchangeable?

Where can I get the Base Fit (black housing) headlights for the best price?

I want a nice black outline around my headlights that doesn't involve a retrofit, tint, baking my headlights in the oven, or some other non-sense for my basic needs.

Loving my base headlights compared to the way to flashy Sport ones

 

They're pretty dang expensive. I have a base driver's side headlight I can sell you if you're interested, and you can find them on ebay as well.

 

How much and what condition?

 

Perfect condition, I bought it used. $150 shipped.

 

Have to think about it. Would obviously prefer a pair...So do they swap?

 

I understand. I bought this one in hopes of getting the passenger side and doing a retro fit, but ended up just getting two sport headlights since they're easy to source. Yeah, they directly swap out with the sport. Only thing different is the color of the housing.

Personally, I'm not a fan of blacked out headlights on my SSM Fit Sport.

And I don't know if calling the base model "a shit" car is all that wise, even if jokingly. A, the Sport trim isn't a fundamentally different car and B, jokes are a bit harder to recognize on the "intarwebs."
