best coilover spring rating for GE fit
My Tein's are very comfortable at 3k front and 2K rear. 100% street use. Love it! but i'm only lowered about 1.5"
FYI - I had KSports on my Wagovan at 10K front and 7K rear (or something)...back breaking ride. I feel you bro. Go with something soft, you will like your car again!

Good thread for potential coilover buyers, like myself.
I have Tein Super Compacts, but I understand them to be the Japanese version of Superstreets. My two kids (6 and 3) and my wife have fallen asleep on several long trips. THAT, is saying a lot! =)
