How much of a hp/tq gain would you approx. from the p+p ?

All depends on what you have done, just the runners, or complete p&p with upgraded cams, intake, exhaust etc.
Here's a video showing all the bumps that can be smoothed out on the Fit cylinder head.

I've been looking for one of these for a project. ... Just wish I had more cash at this time. Wish I could sell all the misc. stuff I have lying around so I could pick up this head.
