TJY's 2010 Milano Red Fit Sport - "The PrahFit"

Hello all, my name it T.J. and I am new to the Fit, but come from a long line of great Hondas (Accord, Civic, Prelude, Civic with H23A conversion). This is by far the newest, nicest and most fun of them all, so I am very proud to present "The PrahFit". I bought it from a guy here named Bo in VA a few weeks back, and have been at work transforming it into my vision. I'll first post some pics of it as received, and will try to catalog the changes I've made in subsequent posts.

Look forward to meeting some of you guys/girls, and definetely going to attend the Dragon Run this year (also have a ZX6R that I plan to take down there this season). Anyone in the Philly area that wants to meet up to hang out, photo shoot or roll to local shows, hit me up.

As Purchased (only changes were removing the front plate holder):

First things first - Wheels

Shortly after buying the car, I started doing some research here on wheel sizing and spring selection, and decided to get the wheels done first. Decided to go with 17x7 Drag DR-33 Black 7 spoke wheels with Continental Extreme Contact tires. Still have to get the TPMS sensor reset (sales guy told me on the phone that they were plug and play, so DiscountTiresDirect is going to cover the programming). Decided to go with Red/Black color scheme and it all started here.

Oh my wheel gap!

Swift Springs

finally had a minute to take some pics post spring install. Was an adventure (let the axles pop out, and stripped one of the strut piston bolts), but well worth the effort. I'll have to get some more in a better location this weekend. also need to figure out why some of my pics only show for a little bit...

T.J.

Steering Wheel Wrap

Pics of the leather steering wheel wrap, installed by yours truely. Took a while, but turned out better than I was hoping for. And yes, I am aware that the stich pattern is not exactly how it is supposed to be (didnt start out with the right stich, and just continued cause I liked how it looked), the end result was less angled that it should be.

Only your first image is showing... the other images are not visible. All I get is the generic "?" icon where the images should be.

Just thought I'd mention that.

Please fix so I can see your red Fit. I have Sensation Blue... but in my opinion Milano Red looks the best on the Fit out of all available colors. Sensation Blue is gorgeous in the proper light. But I now wish I had gotten Milano Red.

Maybe next time!
