2011 Jazz Tail lights LED

I'm about to purchase the Jazz 11 LED tails but i wanted to make sure if I needed anything special to run these?

Are they the mostly-red lights? If so, entirely plug and play.

If they're clear/red, I'm 90% sure they're also plug and play.
