rear spacers installed, some pics

received my Ichiba V2 spacers today, installed them in about an hour. here are a few pics for now, I will taken better pics later on

17x7 enkei pfo1's 45 mm front, 30 mm rear (with spacers), lowered on swift springs, no rubbing as of now, although I think I might have slight rubbing if car is fully loaded in the rear. for now will drive it as is, if rubbing gets too bad, I will roll the rear fenders

These pictures are before I drove the car, so it did not settle after I lifted it for the install. After I took a short drive, the car settled back down to its lowered stance. Rears sit perfectly flush now, much much better than before with just the 7" wide rims in the rear.

Looks nice, but you need some wider tires in my opinion.

I'm running a 205/40 all around, any wider and I will probably run into rubbing issues without having to roll the fenders

Wow really? Cause I always wanted to get a wider stance as well with spacers, in the look of VW and Benz from the rear. I just love how wide the stance can become. I guess not possible for the Fit eh? That is a true bummer.

There are a bunch of people on this forum that are running wider setups than mine, but you will have to roll/pull fenders no matter what. A 7 to 7.5 width is about as far as you can go without any fender mods and no rubbing

a young local guy taught me a trick to use a wooden bat and heat gun to do the roll.

heat it up real good, then tap away gently.

Rubber mallet, bat or fender roller, the heat gun is key. You will hate yourself when you crack the paint if you don't use one.

Thank you for all your help, I was hesitant to get the 15mm, but since I could not find the 10's, I pulled the trigger on the 15's and very glad I did. It sits completely flush in the rear now.

As far as doing the fender rolling myself, I could never trust myself to do that, I will rather pay someone to do it right.

I will take full pics hopefully the next couple days

Fitment looks good man. Just needs moar low . I've been looking for wheel spacers for my GE8 and it seems like Ichiba and H&R only make spacers for the GD. So did you get the GD ones?

It does not specify GD or GE, just the thread pitch and size of the hub bore 12x1.5 56mm bore which I'm sure is the same for GD and GE

Well, more low coming soon. Just ordered Eibach pro kit, should keep the front the same but lower the almost another half inch, which is what I wanted. I'll post pics when done. Just received my Muteki extended lug neo chrome lug nuts today as well. Hopefully can get them on tomorrow

Ah, thanks. I suspected that they would be the same but wasn't sure. I'll be getting them once I'm on my coilovers.

What springs were you on in the first pics? Swifts? Also nice choice on the neo-chrome, it will look sick. I want to see some pics of those.
