too good to pass up, figured I'd give them a shot.

If I end up hating them I can sell them for enough to not lose out too badly.

Progress Technology: Anti-roll bars, sport springs, coil-overs, camber kits and more since 1995!

Hi cyanosis. Just wanna ask how the progress springs are? How's the drop and ride quality compared to stock? Also, if its possible could you take a pic of your ride. Thanks in advance. I'm contemplating whether to go with these or with swift springs or with eibach pro kit or sport line. I have a new '13 fit sport, about 2 mos. old. IDKWTD!!! I'm getting confused on all these options. :P I guess more options are better than few! But i saw the price on the site you posted and its very tempting.

Go for it. I installed these after much research and the spring rates and ride height was the best option for the fit IMO.
It's a higher rate spring (stiffer) in the rear than fronts unlike most springs sold for fit and if you like to drive at the limit you'll want that. Add some negative camber in the front and slap on progress RSB And you'll think you have a different car.
They are progressive rate springs so it doesn't feel harder than stock for normal DD, actually on my bumpy daily commute on NH backroads it's actually more comfortable. Seems like the big bumps that would send your suspension on a collision course for the bump stops these spring just seem to suck it up even with stock dampers.

I actually just tested these on the track NHMS on May 27 during a HPDE ride was excellent, very predictable. I have an almost neutral handling now and can get the rear to rotate with effort (or stupidity) under steer only under power out of the chicane on turn 3 where it is very slick.
But to be fair this is not due to just the springs,
Progress springs
Progress RSB
4 point front subframe brace
Sport Rsb (3/4" Springsteel bar welded in stock location)
-1.5 camber in front.
