Finally got my Fit!

It's a 2012 LX. I pick it up Saturday. Have some stuff planned so I'll keep this as a build thread too.

Thanks . First major purchase will be swift springs. But first it needs tint and an extreme detail. Told the dealer not to touch it. When I test drove it they did a half ass job cleaning the interior and slathered the plastic with Armourall.

Picked it up on the weekend and gave it a good cleaning. Exterior needs polish and wax bad but I'm going to wait til it gets warmer to do that.
Put my plate covers, dash cam and Broadway mirror in.

Gave it a wash and was cleaning out the rear wheel well. There was about 3" of sand built up and the stones get stuck under that silly cover. This, imo, is a huge design flaw from Honda. It traps dirt and moisture that leads to rust real quick.

Looks clean..

Spent 2 days detailing, finished installing rally flaps, installed blue lugs, installed ez lip and ordered a Revo short shifter.

Did a bit more to my fit. Dipped the wheels to liven up the steelies and put on a Covercraft bra.

Those are some bright steelies! Car looks good.

How has the ez lip held up? Did you only use tape? Thinking of adding to mine .. Worried it will come off in winter

Why swap OEM mudflaps for universal ones from Walmart?

Ditto on the ezlip, do you only have it on the front bumper? What about the sides ? I hate how the sides of my base model looks, you could actually see the chassis underneath. Is that red emblem an aftermarket one or OEM? Looks good.

They are Rally armor and cover more area than OEM. Paint is thin n weak and chips easily

Ezlip is just held on with the 3m tape. It's still on there. I'm leaving the sides as I don't mind it.

Little updates. It's winter and it sucks but I've managed to check everything I wanted off my list of stuff.

Painted my dash and steering trim.

Got some new summers, enkei j10 in 15x6.5 and blue Muteki lugs

Installed my black on black Clazzio seat covers (love these)

And had a shop custom make me an axle back with Vibrant ultra quiet resonator as muffler. Sounds deep but quiet.

Emblem isn't OEM but it's a really good copy. No chips yet.
