Is the 2008 Fit under that air bag recall or not?
I saw on the news last evening that now 2007 through 2011 fits are now under the air bag recall.
Is that a real yes or not?

I'm just hoping that they are not going in order of when the announcement was made. Since we're late to the game, it could be many years before they ever get to our Fits.

After seeing this thread, I did a little googling and it seems ambiguous. I only found one additional article here that is as recent as the driving.ca one above. This WSJ article says: "The latest round of recalls includes cars in Japan and elsewhere in Asia; no vehicles in North America are affected". The driving.ca article seems to be saying that the 2007-2011 North American Fits are now included. All other official and unofficial recall lists I found don't seem to include them as of this writing. Anyone find any other info sources?
