To answer some peoples question, yes you can lock them but its optional. I dont know about thule but my yakima has locks on the feet (optional) and locks on the accesories.

Was yours lock? Did they **** up ur car?

 

next time get locks.

 

there is a limited number of keys so getting locks really isn't 100% that your racks will get stolen or not. And he had locks i think.

 

I remember when I had my Yakima rack on my xB that the keys are specific for each lock that they are sold with.
