Screw them. If it CAN pass emissions but its missing some asinine bureacracy's mandated sticker than they can suck a fat one.

It's Cali.... It IS stupid. Lol. We don't even have emission testing (or any testing for that matter) here in Indy. It's nice. Lol

Don't get me wrong, Cook County is pretty miserable too, with a few exceptions.

I even have to take my ULEV 2008 Fit for emissions, but my Gallons-per-mile 1G is exempt because it is OBD1 haha

Don't even have to bring it in to put it on the rulers with a sniffer up the tailpipe or gas cap check.

These laws, at least here, are not about emissions.. its about $$$.
