Hi Everyone! :) I need someone in socal to work on my Fit.

Some of you might remember me when I was very active here and had my black Fit. That Fit is long gone but now have a white GD Fit I gave to my girl.

Unfortunetly this one is auto (miss my manual) but it has ran great. It has 185K miles and as awesome as she has been running, she needs attention.
I normally work on our cars but I am deployed. I need someone or a place that works on the Fits regularly.

Service it needs:
1)Valve adjustments
2)Engine oil
3)Tranny Fluid
4)Coolant flush
5)Recharge AC
6)Give it a once over and see if rest looks good.

What I am asking:
I dont have her taking it to a dealer because I am sure there is someone or a shop that people here trust that will do a better job for less. So I am asking for the help of the socal fit community to help me find a trustworthy place or someone who competent in servicing the Fit. I am deployed and would do it my self but I cant right now and I want this car to make it to 300K miles.

Thanks :)

I will check back here but can be reached faster at junior40er@hotmail.com

Thanks

While im on the subject, where is the cheapest to get OEM parts nowadays?

I may also need coil packs and an alternator.

Thanks for your service! Didn't know you had another Fit in the family!
The best place I found is in Westminster-it used to be Jackson Racing 25 years ago and the old main mechanic is now the owner. Honest, good prices, understands Hondas inside and out!

She hardly has time to drive somewhere to do this. I guess its gonna have to wait 4 weeks until I get back.

My friend has a GE8 and his shop can do everything except I'm not too sure about the valve adjustment, it's by Costco on GGblvd. But I have been to MD and see that he works on Fits a lot too so you'll be safe either way :D
