Official Upper-Midwest Spring/Summer '09 Meet
Finally got around to setting a date for us to meet up.

It will be the weekend of June 27/28 (actual date will depend on feedback. Whichever day is most popular gets it)

Date: June 27 or 28
Place: My place in Hoffman Estates, IL (30 minutes NW of Chicago)
What?: Barbecue. Brats, Burgers, Brew, etc...

Aside from grilling, the meet is open to any suggestions for activities.

I'd like to do the BBQ for lunch time/early afternon and then maybe go see Transformers 2 in the evening (comes out June 24)?

LMK what you guys think and who all will be coming and if you will be able to bring anything to contribute to the barbecue

I'm trying for lunch time until whenever.

Michaelfit84 mentioned that the RC meet is going on that day also. If everyone agrees, we could start our meet earlier and then roll out as a group to go to that meet

Being that it's a Sun. I would appreciate something in the mid-day early afternoon. I have to be in bed early as I get up early for work... like maybe 11am
