Please help. About Fit's battery.

I bought it second hand. The old owner didn't provide me the manual-book. As I checked the battery, it's not the GS-original.

Please, I need the battery code for original GS type. If anyone of you were still using the original industrial battery. Can you please kindly tell me the complete code on there?

My Fit is 2004, light blue, and standard.

Thank you very much and with regards.

The stock Fit battery at least on my 2009 is a joke! I think my lawn tractor has a bigger battery in it! There's no way I can shoehorn an Optima red-top in there!

I guess you don't need a huge battery to throw a 1500cc engine around but if you needed power for lights and couldn't run the engine at the time you'd run out of juice fairly fast I'd think

Being that you are Indonesia, I would inquire with a local battery distributor in person, or on-line.

Or, just measure the one in the car now. Important dimensions and specs are:

Length-Width-Height

Terminal location and type

CCA (Cold Cranking Amps)

The North America battery group (size) is 151R, don't know about an Asian Fit though. I haven't been able to find a suitable aftermarket replacement, and dread when it dies as I'm sure Honda will rape us on replacements:wavey:
