Honda Fit 2013 Sports Rear Bumper

I went to Honda dealership and another body shop and they told me that it'd cost about 600 dollars to repair even if it's not getting a complete new bumper just because of the process it would take.

Any idea how I can somehow get this to fit in...my idea is somehow getting the right crack to the right enough so that I can push the left crack in and then seal it with bonding and paint over it but I haven't found a way to push the crack far enough yet.

My second idea is cutting a piece off and putting a filler in and then painting over it.

Thoughts on how not to 600 bucks.
