2011 Fit windshield wiper motor

Hello,

Wife had a bump that cracked the wiper motor.

I was able to fix it mechanically and it tests fine under direct 12v (spins, suctions, etc).

But it's not working when its all connected.

Does anyone have a segment of the schematic that shows the wiring?

1) I see no voltage on the disconnected wires when I pull on the wiper/washer engage lever with the car on or accessory-on at ignition. I would expect to see 12v here when I pull.

2) When all is off, both wires seem shorted to chassis ground, which is unexpected. Or is that normal due to some relay?

3) The fuse, I believe it's the blue 7.5A fuse, is not blown. I would expect it blown if the wires were stripped/damaged and touching chassis ground.

Any ideas?
