Washer Fluid Reservoir Location

I bought a 2007 FIT a month ago and when i went to use my washer fluid it was dry. When i popped the hood to add more I stood dumbstruck as there was no reservoir...

This car has a lot of mods with bodykit, coilovers, strut towers, HID lights etc. He left the tubes, wires and connectors and by the location and i cant figure out why he removed it... the strut tower MAY have took the space of the res... but doesn't appear so by the pic below (top passenger side of compartment near strut mount). But why the hell else would he remove it? The other locations i see online is in the front passenger side of the engine compartment. The HID fog light has a big power supply so i don't know that it would fit here either... my issue is i will eventually drive this thing in the winter so where the heck am i going to install the reservoir???

Looks like all the tubes and connectors are still under the hood so i just need a tank that fits and a couple motors. I looked online and it shows multiple reservoirs that fit... wondering where alternate locations for placement are?

Possible fit?

That's not where the reservoir is/was.

Yah it was in the front bumper... he just pulled all the hoses and wires to this spot. Maybe he planned to install a new one up here. I am thinking of getting a small box style and putting it near the firewall because if i get one with the long spout there is no guarantee i can get it to fit.

Perhaps a junkyard could set you up with OEM replacements....where are the HID ballasts mounted?

HID Ballast is under the front passengers side bumper, in front of the tire. From the pics i have seen i think this is where the OEM is mounted.

That is where the oem one is mounted. Look on rockauto. I bought a replacement one there for cheap a couple years ago and it came with the motors. No problems with it so far. Wouldn't hurt to try. If it won't fit you can try to modify the tank to fit sosomewhere else.
