I recently bought my mother's 2009 Honda Fit Sport. Upon a heavy rain I noticed the passengers side is leaking pretty bad. Low and behold I check the roof and there is a piece of aluminum foil in a sport where the roof molding should be.

I believe roof molding the the correct term here and part #
74306-TF0-003 - MOLDING ASSEMBLY, R ROOF - GENUINE HONDA OEM PARTS

Is there anything else I need to replace the roof molding?

That IS pretty bad. Was the windshield ever replaced?

I'd be tempted to fill the void with black windshield sealer ('flowable' RTV)
