I/H/E Done What's next?
 

As the title says, i'm done with most bolt on parts for my GD3 with the Intake/Headers/Exhaust and i'll be installing the Unichip Q for a tune on the weekend. I'm thinking if there are any other things that can be done to increase the hp by a little bit before i have the car tuned?

This isn't a HP gain but a definite driveability gain, I recommend Innovative 75A mounts and shifter upgrades. Hybrid detent's and bushings all the way around. I'm full bolt on now and these minor upgrades really improved the quality of the drive.
