Turbo'd oil/water temps

Well, I got my T1R turbo installed and its solid.. It runs really strong and I am super happy with the kit.

I have a question tho in regards to oil and water temps.. I installed a water and an oil temp gauge but I really have no idea what temps should I be concerned with...

My water temp gauge hit 200 degrees F yesterday sitting in rush hour traffic and the oil went up to about 160F.. does anyone know how high is too high and when I should be concerned if it reaches that certain temp?

your temps sound fine (assuming your senders are accurate) normal operating temprature for cooling systems are around 190-210's any thing over 215's is when i'd worry. as for oil it really depends on the weight and brand. but I wouldn't even worry below 200's. the air cooled guys keep there oil temps between 180-210's. here's a good read on oil temps and longevity.
