Not so loud exhaust?

I am looking for an exhaust system for my 08 Fit.
It is my first newish car so I am not too tech savvy.

What I am looking for is something that doesn't sound super loud but it has a
nice growl. Like a stock Infinity G35. I really like it how its not all that
loud when idle put when you step on the gas you get that nice (not over the top) roar.

I have been looking in youtube for sound tests but nothing has convinced me.
I have heard DC, tanabe, Tsudo, and a couple of other ones.

Also I have no illusions on making my little fit a track car or anything. I just want to
have a little fun with my daily driver and if the exhaust makes it a bit more
peppy then that's definitely a plus. I'm just tired of not hearing anything at all.

Oh btw my fit is an auto if that matters at all.

Stock RSX Type S muffler, custom 2" piping (cat back).

That's what I would do if I was going to do exhaust work. I also don't want loudness on my DD.

Get literally any axleback on the market.

NONE of them are loud.

I've had the Spoon N1, RS*R C&K and Greddy Evo 2, as well as run without the rear most exhaust piece.

NONE of them are louder than a stock 'sports' car.

If you're looking for something very close to that of stock look at either the HFP (Honda Factory Performance) muffler, the Tanabe Medalion or if you can find one a Spoon N1 WITH the silencer.

I've ran the HFP for a few years and its actually very quiet. Really it just makes a mild "throaty" exhaust tone in my honest opinion. Currently, I'm running a Spoon N1 and its just as quiet as the HFP just sounds deeper... With the silencer out, its much deeper AND louder than the HFP of course.

Spoon N1 is definitely not loud on this car. I would be worried if I were intending on touching any other part of the exhaust, but on its own it is perfect.

Thanks for the help gentlemen, I am going to look into the suggestions you've given me and do me some research on them ;)
Ill post up what I may get and if there are any questions that spring up!

I'm very happy with my Megan axle-back. It's got a nice low tone, not loud. If you get the revs up around 4k, it really starts to sing. I also really like the look of the dual tips.

I know its old thread but wanted to share my experience with xforce varex muffler.
I am not fond of loud exhaust but my setup needes it. K24a3 Turbo.
As it was my family car so i tried many solutions from USA made dynomax VT muffler, Dynomax Super Turbo muffler, Universal catalytic converters(high flow),resonators etc etc but at end Varex muffler was solution for me. ITs expensive:yes but worth it. (costed RS:75000) imported from Australia
It has a built in valve/cutout. when its closed the exhaust gases are routed in the chamber of muffler and pass three times before exiting, which make it quiet like a stock car.
