How to remove and install JDM's
 

Hey I got all new red H emblems for my Fit. I got the Ep3 ones cuz they said they would fit my Fit, and I got the red dotted Fit and then a red VTEC one also and I seriously have no idea how to remove the old ones and put these new ones on. I see a few ppl have posted about emblem theft, should I epoxy them on or for a permanent thing or what? Thanks for the help.

do a search and dont use epoxy, 3m double sided tape will hold it on pretty damn tight on the rear.

I did do a search and all i found out was how to take off emblems with floss, which will work for my Fit emblem im replacing but the H emblems that probably have two buttons on the back confuse me on how to get them off. (????)

Floss and a hair dryer usually works to loosen the adhesive. Double stick 3M tape to put them back on.

yes i understand the whole floss and doubble stick tape idea, but what about getting them off with those buttons things stuck into my hood/trunk? How does that work? Just pull or break them off or?
