If it were me I would do the J's.

if your truly jdm then you will opt for the real j's racing grill.

I think the Sport grill looks nice if you paint the silver to match the body color of the car. If I was choose though I would go with the J's and for my car I did. Its your car though so go with what you like they both look good.
