2009 Honda Fit Sport - No power, dashboard lights, etc.

Looking for some help. I have have a 2009 Honda Fit Sport and I just replaced the starter. Starter worked fine for two weeks and now the car is dead. I put the key into the ignition and the turned the key. Nothing works; its like I removed the battery from the car. I had the AAA tech come out to check the battery and alternator. Both check out good. The AAA disconnected the positive terminal from the battery and then connected his jump pack to it. Lights didn't come on at all. I had AAA tow it home so I could check the fuses and relays. All three fuses in the engine compartment are good and I verified the fuses in the dashboard but all looked good. I took it down to the mechanic, but he is unable to locate the problem also.

Any help would be great.

In advance, thank you.

The positive battery terminal has a 100A fuse on it, start there.
