But I'm loving this baby.

Can someone tell me what problems I'm going to have with the new shoes I ordered fit this baby. I ordered size 205/R45 17's.

I think you mean 205/45R17, as long as your wheel offset is clear and your suspension is not too low you should be fine. The only problem will be your desire to drive fast around corners :).
