Rear hatch won't open
 

My 2018 Fit's rear hatch won't open. Any suggestions before I head to the dealer?

Sorry to hear that. My 2007 fit had a rusty handle that caused it to stick open. The hatch could close but the rear hatch couldn’t be unlocked. I changed the handle and it fixed the problem. You might try to push the handle to the position it should take when closed and click the unlock button once or twice and that might so the trick. I dunno about 2018 but in a pinch, there is a plastic plug around the latch on the inside of the car. If you pop it open, you can access the mechanism and manual open the latch. Beware, there may be some grease in that area.
