Welcome to the forum. Not sure this is the best place to be asking this question.

Havent seem a GK to GD swap. Just doesnt seem worthwhile with all that is potentially involved. Probably be a long the same lines $$$-wise of a K-swap...but for less HP

Wow, can't believe you've had the STI for a year at this point. I'm less than a week to one year with the S2000. Blows my mind.

got another set of OZ's on da way for my GTI.

this time ultraleggara HLT 19's with S04's summer set. very sweet.. can't wait to put them on.

was doing some thinking but i think im going to pass on the abarth again. i realized why i bought the STI/GTI in the first place. i hate being slow. hahahaha.

got the new OZ's installed. nice offsets, pretty aggressive without being a hella flush a toilet look with stupid camber.

will drive slow till it gets warmer but finally my GTI looks like it belongs in my line up.

Was hoping to do da GK's oil change this weekend but it's kinda chilly.. like 15F.

Guess I will wait another week or so. The oil life is still 10% so no issue. Plus da car is running synthetic..
I drove it yesterday for da first time in like 2 months. (It's my wife's dd) not a bad commuter

also pulled out my Z for the da first time since october. had a good drive. too bad NA engines feel kinda slow (even though the car itself is going fast) as no surge of torque mid-high rpm.

thanks, i like my STI the best so i take that whenever i can on weekend drives. like when i want to DRIVE, thatz my #1 choice. no further mods planned on this car, i just luv it in its near stock form (AccessPort and a few dressup bits). luv the dark factory enkei mesh wheels.

the Z is nice, but more of a stylish grand touring coupe so when i want to go for a relaxing drive i take dat. this yr i want to remove the Dinoc i installed on the interior trims. Dinoc was cool 6-7 yrs ago, but now looks tacky imo.. will just leave it factory matte black.

GTI is my all weather dd. the DSG (AT) just bores da hell out of me when i take it out on the weekend drives so i only drive it to work and to run errands. my plan this yr is to dress it up a tad more... front CF splitter and a rear wing extension. just make it look a tad nicer.

speaking of lips, ordered the GTI's lip today. i think im just going to let da rear spoiler be for now. not many extensions i like and it doesnt look too bad with a larger front lip and factory roof wing combo. want to emphasize the lower part of the car.

Yah, I have an account. I didn't like it. Also my HU does not run native so too clumsy to use in the car. Pandora might be old skool but it works great for me. . At home too running da desk top player on my MBP.

yah, it sucks... but how i look at it is someone upstairs is doing something to make it all right.

like u get stuck behind an old geezer driving, yet u patiently follow him without tailgating or making illegal passes through a 2 lane no-passing hwy... den u see a cop waiting on da other side of da hill. haha

patience is a virtue
