I think a mild drop does wonders and I'd be really concerned about bottoming out the rear with the sport lines. They are very soft and a decent drop. That combo could have it dragging butt with passengers or luggage.
Yeah my thoughts too...how are they lowering that far but not having a stiffer spring.

Called SWIFT...beginning of the year they're releasing their setup for my car. Guess I'm waiting! =)

I wouldn't touch either of the Eibach springs if those are in fact the rates offered.

I want to autocross at some point.

99% more likely to do it in the Fit than I am in the S2000, I don't want to crunch a piece of fibreglass I spent WAY too much money on.

hahaha!

yah, these pedals are the super basic sparco race pedals so nothing really to see. its all function than form. the diamond plate prevents slippage. i use to run them on previous hondas and wrx and had much success vs fancy ones.

k on the menu today.. was kinda chilly this am at 20F but the DWS06 handled like a champ as expected. need to pickup some cake on the way home in the GTI but that's pretty much it for today. cked emails at work and should be a smooth sailing day.. i hope

so it looks like i'm going to need to redo the decals i put on my R the other day as it looks crooked even though it is not.

the problem is i placed it parallel with the window sill (on the glass) but due to the forward rake of the car, i looks like i accidentally mounted it on an angle.. looks kinda

so bought another pair to fix. lol

We are one of them out there. Wife’s driving. Cruise set and rolling for about 5 hours now. So far so good. Dash is reading 41.1mpg on the Golf. Probably getting 37 based on that. It’s the most optimistic mpg meter we’ve had.

Lol. Just filled. Dash read 41.2. Actual was 36.4. That’s just flat out lying.

picked up the whole cake for my wife and headed home in my GTI. traffic was light too so made for a fun-ish drive.

not sure wat happened but the girl said her boss accidentally made an 8" cake vs the 6" i ordered..but she gave it to me at the 6" price. i was okay to pay full price since they're like the best of the best j-pastry in the entire USA ive tried but oh well. got a great deal.

hey happy thanksgiving everyone!

i'm already thankful that it didn't snow this week and pulling out my R for a morning drive this am. i'm going to decide whether i really need to swap the brake and clutch pedal covers or not. would like to leave those stock if possible.

then going to wash my filthy dirty GTI.

then have more cake. this pm going to enjoy just relaxing with my family and listen to tunes and watch some tv. nothing special planned. my wife wants to brave black friday tomorrow am and head out to the stores she said.

have a nice thursday everyone!

We may brave Toys R Us. I won't do it for myself, but for the son...
