Meh...age is but a #.

Yeah that QX50 is pretty slick.

Maybe in 10 years I'll have (3) sweet cars like you haha.

Happy Thursday!

Stuffed the Miata in the garage last night in preparation for our long weekend in San Francisco. Don't want it unattended on the street.

It's such a cool little car. Makes me smile when I see it. Took that picture as I was leaving work.

Nice looking Miata Shinjari. Mines white too. I think you've inspired me to take a drive this morning. Top down & win through what's left of my hair.

ken- you must be getting old. A few weeks ago the DSG on your GTI was the best invention since sliced bread, now you hates them???

Don't worry that you are to old for a CTR. If that is what you want get it my friend. Life is too short. One day you may look back & say coulda shoulda woulda.

Have a great day folks. Now out to hit the road in a fun little car. ;-)

Have fun ash!

Yeah its a cool little car. If I didn't buy the Civic, I'd be modding the miata...hardtop...suspension...audio...

But despite its fun factor (to me), it's on the chopping block for a more 'functional' based car like a SUV or Truck for the household. So I'm enjoying it whenever I can.

shinjari nice toys! i like the mx5’s nice smile.

ash- yah the DSG is a confusing luv/hate for me. but ure probably right. each time i get on a plane i’m like it could be my last time alive on the ground. i don’t take anything for granted. my coworker was complimenting me on my GTI this am. i think he was actually kinda jelly. lol

Yeah the Miata definitely has a big derpy smile.

Need to ride my motorcycle more...got that thing back in 2006...has been a joy. Used to be my DD...now its every other week? haha.

Just realized there are (4) current gen Golf-R's here at work.

That bronze/copper metallic, one red, one white and one gunmetal.

Funny thing for me is I did not want a CTR type car when I was younger. Everything I had was faster in a straight line and I did not appreciate the "slow" cars that handled well. If it wasn't capable of a sub 12 second time slip, it better be comfy and get decent fuel mileage.

Today I'm more able to appreciate a nice driving car and don't need it to have a ton of power.

That being said, I'd still take a Hellcat or CTS-V over the CTR any day. The x2+ price tag is the only thing that keeps me away from them.

The LS/T-56 swap will fix that

Thanks! Nope, a bit more aggressive. Advans are 17x9 +45, the CP035 are 17x9.5 +43....they're, let's say, a tight fit. I'm going to do some stuff to the suspension to gain some clearance, will make the Advans better for regular driving and make these drivable in general haha

I kind of like the ihob name. It just looks visually balanced to me.
