Ditto what kenchan said above.

I have Mother's and Griots here and both are good. Bought the Griots on kenchan's suggestion for a softer clay for the VW. Good stuff for delicate paint.

For a Honda, I'd probably go with Mother's. It's a bit easier to use. The spray detailer that comes with it in the kit works well also.

Back to car stuff, need to buy more clay...amazon doesnt prime my meguiars but they prime mothers...any experience/opinions on clay? I've had great results with the meguiars, but have heard good things about the mothers kit as well.
I use grey clay from Detailer's Domain.

I don't even want to make a house project spreadsheet haha. New siding, new windows, new doors, new roof, completely gut the kitchen & bathroom, new drywall in two rooms, replace 1.5 car garage with 2.5 car garage and on & on.

My inability to leave things alone is a poison haha

Thats a pretty extensive list.

Oh the "joys" of home ownership.

-Build chairs for backyard and front patio (1 test chair done haha)
-New Patio/deck (composite)
-Paint/stain match existing deck to new deck
-Rip up cracked concrete slab
-Install water spigot in backyard
-Build 12'x12' workshop
-Run power to workshop OR dedicated solar
-Tear down and replace fence along backyard perimeter (150' of fence)
-Resurface floors and properly sealed with polyurethane
-Change kitchen flooring (hate the current tile)
-Rip up driveway (cracked)
-Pavers for driveway
-Refurbish old Cast Iron Claw foot Tub
-Rip out stand alone shower in master bath and install cast iron tub
-Automatic gate opener
-Paint interior walls something besides white?

Think thats it...haha.

Waiting for my plastic pry bars to arrive today so I can disassemble the center console and install my shifter parts. With the tolerances of plastic fitting these days I'm not risking using a screw driver even with a rag/lined with electrical tape.

Had to buy a new fridge yesterday for our rental. Old one died after 14 years.

MacBook Pro may be on hold for a little due to Fridge....we will see. GF seems to think to wait...I think it's an important tool for her to be successful at her job. Her current windows based laptop just doesn't cut it.

That's a long list!

I've been trying to finish staining my decks since last Fall. We've had a crazy amount of rain this year. Needs a couple days of no rain followed by a couple days of dry time. Hasn't happened yet.

Powders? You get your face foundation or gold-bond confiscated GAFIT?

As for appliances...geez Kenchan. You abuse your appliances?

Been looking at wheels again...liking these TSW's Sprints or Bathurst.

Guess I will need to make sure my cocaine is in a baggy.

Think I like the top wheels better, but both are nice.

The issue I have is the 2 series and golf they are mounted on have such simple lines vs my busy Civic lol.

lol'ed at powders..! haha. no abuse shinjari, dey just died on their own for some reason..

man those 1-series (is it?) look so dorky. the top wheels kinda reminds me of the work 2pc wheels i had a while back on my G. mine had a polished lip though with a slightly dark shade silver. very nice on my G.

the R looks good. looks kinda the the factory wheels but in that dark color. yah, the reason why i like the GTI and R is because of simple lines. i hate wavey lines on cars.

I prefer the wheel on the Golf, they'd look pretty okay on the Civic IMO.

LOL @ "Pretty OK". Not spending $$$ on some "ok" looking wheels. Guess the search continues haha.

So tired of dog sitting for our friend. Been 2 weeks now. Their dog has 0 manners and doesn't understand what a schedule is. Our 2 dogs know that they are not to wake us before 6am, granted I'm usually up by 530am since Im a morning person, but I'm more talking about waking the GF up who is NOT a morning person...will be stoked when they come back tomorrow to pick her up.

Yeah I'm getting sick of the higher ups at work. They have no idea what they are doing and are making our company look foolish/bad to the customer. SO I've dusted off the ole resume and will be seeing what my options are. Worst case I just use it as leverage for more $$$.

Happy Thursday everyone.
