thanks shinjari. yah, dealer can do watever dey want with the GTI. but dere was a kid looking at it while i was signing da papers so its possible he took it home as-is.

motored my R dis am, had a great time. dere was some old rx7 race car looking pos thing driving in front of me onto the expressway onramp where he floored it and spitted oil all over my car. faking idiot didnt know dere was a cop just behind us and yah, karma bit him in da arse. free grab for da cop. lol losers will always be losers mang, car choice and all. too bad i dont have a dash cam. wouldve been funny.

so QD'ed my car real well after da drive and played with the WRX's carplay and removed da dealer plate frame..

i should be getting the perrin tow hook plate mount today so will be working on dat.. also will slap on da smoke tint for da tail lamp i have left over from my STI. speaking of tint, my tint guy called and said he's completely booked until end of august. wtf.. so ordered clearbra and i will install da bra myself hopefully dis friday. guess the tint will need to wait a little bit.

you guys try da new mothers speed claybar 2.0? its a polymer based pad dat u rub like ud do with clay... but its washable and can do 20 cars dey say. i put one on order to try out on my new wrx. need to detail it soon cause the paint is pretty contaminated to da touch.

applied the pre-cut tint over da white lens on the tail lamp, swapped out da wrx's interior bulbs to white LED's.
hummm....were is da front plate bracket..

Yeah I saw that when I was buying a new clay bar last month. Didn't have the time to research so I just opted for the mothers clay kit. After I'm done with them others clay I'll probably go back to Meguiars or try a new one. The mothers is nice and malleable but just isnt a tacky/sticky as they make it seem. I had better luck with the Meguiars.

Sounds like the usual steps for a 'new' to the family car. Tint, Interior LEDs, ditch the front plate, smoke tails/signals.

Saw a clean White WRX Wagon. If I were to have bought a non-honda I think that generation where they still had a wagon was going to be a good option. Was considering a Mazda 3, WRX wagon, Golf-Tdi/A3 wagon Tdi and A4 wagon before the new Civic's came out then it was game over haha.

SO far so good on the H&R's. There was a random clunk on the front passenger side. Gonna see if I can get it to happen again, then just go over every bolt again. I have a feeling its that top nut.

i mentioned before several times but the previous gen STI had problems of where my knee would hit the bottom of da steering column when i heel and toe. dat was da main reason y i didn’t buy dat gen.

besides the current gen Levorg is pretty fugly imho.. l much prefer my Golf-R.

First time I heard about the clay towel was from Optimum... https://www.theragcompany.com/optimu...lay-towel-8x8/

Seems like a cool idea! Didn't know Mother's was making one. I'm sure it's decent. I have the regular Mother's clay and it works great. Maybe a little hard for really soft paint like our VW, but it works well on our other cars.

motored da wrx to work dis am and dress shoes did just fine. perfect! dis is why i wanted to test drive last friday in my work attire. wrx definitely needs a reflash on lazy throttle response. cobb after break in.

da harman stereo sounds good too.

Both of those are beautiful. Everyone has their own tastes, but those are the glory days of Subaru for me.

That bottom one does not look like a cheap build!

For the body kit, alone.

With how much I like geezer cars, I'm surprised that I like it. LOL

Usually about 750mL does the trick on my GD and CR-Z. That includes evacuating the master cylinder, refilling, and bleeding each corner individually with 20 pumps up front and 10 at the rear.
