I finally escaped after 2.5 hours. Ridiculous.

They were selling a 2006 S2000 with 12,000 miles on it for 33k.

Base model, totally stock. Even had the ORIGINAL tires on it. Complete with the date code from May of 2006.

Imagine spending $33,000 on a car only to have its dangerously old tires fail on your drive home.

Oh the interior was perfect, it seemed like a not insane price if they'd replace the tires & have cleaned it up. Thing had brake dust on the wheels & water splatter all over the front fenders behind the wheel. Like come on.

Also wish it had the OEM optional front lip & rear lip spoiler. They really help the stock car look less dorky IMO & being OEM I don't see how "purists" could even take offense.

sounds like a nice ride. yah, the factory aero pieces would make it look more sharp. wat waz that last model cup racer? CR? i really liked that one.

i really need more parking space mang.. should get off my lazy arse and look for a bigger house. 3 car garage, 2 lifts to stack 4 cars inside, and space for my wife to park which will also be a service/detailing bay. plus a longish driveway for my kid to park his car. that would be real nice.

then i can get a RWD in my line up and maybe that Abarth ive always wanted.. lol. and i dont need expensive cars.. just fun cars with MT is plenty for me.

Yep, the CR trim. Those go for CRAZY money now.

I kind of like my s2000 being super far away, less winding up late to work because I felt a need to drive it haha

oh wow do they now dayam.. that CR was a special trim.
nice on keeping things under control. lol. haha i travel so much that i think i know wat youre saying.

i always ask myself even if i had more space to park and owned like 7-8 cars whether i’d be happier. thing is even taking care of 4 cars sometimes feels like a chore. the limited time and energy i have at home i want to cherish enjoying it without killing myself with more things to do.. not sure if dat makes any sense. thus reality kinda sets in and i get kinda lazy finding a bigger place to move. plus i want to keep my kids in the same school district since i did move from socal just for the sake of raising a family.. although the local school is raising my younger one a snowflake..lol

anyway..

woot, installed the window visors and looks great. and i can barely but fit my finger under the visors to clean the glass without lowering the windows so this is a pleasant surprise.

yah, GK's coolant is definitely leaking.. added another 1/2" in the reservoir today. its okay, its a humbling therapeutic feeling to pretend to be a ____ hell, i can buy a brand new car today to replace if i wanted so i dont care.. okay maybe not today, dealer's closed. lol

while i was washing my WRX on my driveway minding my own biz some faking dog came up to my arse and barked REAL loud (had my headset on so didnt hear him creeping up behind me), my reflex ended up spraying the rodent with the water hose in hand and his faking lady owner cause i thought the dog was going to bite.. LOL got both of them wet real good. haha i have a firemen's nozzle on the tip of my water hose and was blasting salt from the wheel well so it can spray a good 25ft or so hard.

she was like im so sorry and i was like im not. told her i hear those things in china make good stew with a .. she gave me a confused look.

Nice one Ken, once again your showed the world how kind you are. Did you soap the dog up while you were at it? LOL

How long is your wife's fit going between drinks of coolant? Maybe it would still be covered under warranty?

I warshed my sweeties MINI today. Been a long time since it got such a deep cleaning inside & out. Heck it is 64 out, seems like spring. Although I know it won't stay this way long.

hahaha! no, didn’t want to waste my Griots shampoo. lol

i bought the car in August 2015.. would it be covered under warranty? it’s got like 39k miles. coolant drops like 1/4” on the reservoir every 5 days. nice on washing the MINI.

haha. never too late.

alright got tracking number for window visors for my Golf-R. they are some cheepo ebay ones but it’s shaped sleekly like JDM visors instead of restaurant window visors ahem aka weathertech so i’m happy.

people were complaining about the mounting tape so i’ll change them out to VHB after test fit.
