Hello from New Zealand! Just got a Jazz (NZDM)
Hey,
Just purchased a 1.3 CVT Jazz and i think its an awesome car. I've come from a very big racing back ground so the Jazz is a big change for me, but i feel its a very sensible and economical daily drive car. I used to own a 99 JDM Civic Type R MUGEN SPEC, which was basically loaded to the brim with everything from the Mugen Catalogue (yes i can picture all the American's out there drooling). In the weekends i race a JDM 91 EF9 Civic SiR. It's a Works Factory car built by Honda Japan to do a few WRC events, so again it has some VERY intresting modifications and is an extremely quick car. It gets raced mainly on Tarmac rallies but will do other events. I also race some XR250 motocross bikes which have been modified to 287cc and also have some trick bits. This year i will also compete in an Endurance race in a EK9 Civic Type R.
So yes, judging by my automotive past and present the Jazz wont be standard for very long. Im looking at doing:
Taste full mags with Slicks (yes Slicks on a Jazz)
Brake upgrade to SiR front and rear with Pagid race pads
Some sort of Skirt's and Lip package
Mugen Grill and Garnish board
Wing
JDM tail lights LED
JDM mirrors
The optional Leather steering wheel
Peedles
Gear noob
JDM sport Seats and carpet
Filter upgrade
Coolant by pass
Sports Muffler
Aftermarket lowering springs
Then something intresting Car stereo stuff (i have never done anything to a cars stereo before so im an amateur here). Like speaker upgrade, sub and amplifer.
Look forwarard to talking with some of you.
Cheers
Tyson

Quite the opposite. On any given weekend you would either find me legally racing my EF9 on the Circuit or Rallying it, or you'd find me doing motocross. All of these in a legal recognised enviroment.
And no it doesnt mean ill be doing this doesnt mean that i will be racing around the streets at night in the Jazz, if i wanted a fast car i wouldnt buy a Jazz...
