Where's the Webmaster!?!?

I've sent him 3 messages within a span of a week and a half and I've never gotten a response :confused:

I want to create another user name/account but it won't allow me to use my email address more than once for the registration??

It says that that email address is "already in use." lame :(

All I want to do is delete my current user name/account...does anyone know how to do this?
