Hey Everyone,

I feel that I am not in touch much with the FitFreak Community so I decided to make a blog. This is my first ever blog so cut me some slack .

I am not a new member but it might seem like i am because of my rep and so forth...truthfully i don't understand the rep thing much, maybe someone can fill me in.
