Hey guys,

Just bought a 2009 Honda Fit Sport with on 89,000 mi on it about a week ago. I actually bought it to replace my old 2008 Fit which I had crashed recently... After driving the new 2009 for about a week I was on the highway today and noticed a light rattling coming from the rear passenger side of the car. I noticed after listening closely for a while that it only began to rattle at 45 mph or higher. It is not a consistent rattle, it simply rattles momentarily stops and then rattles again maybe one or two minutes apart. Any ideas as to what this might be? I thought originally it might be some dirt, gravel, or big chunk of road salt all of which are pretty prevalent in the spot I park and in the area I am driving at this time of year. Let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks!

 

Possibly a loose shield on the cat/con?
