best 6000k hid kit?

can someone suggestwhich hid kit is a good and reliable one for under $200. I guess i need h4 conversion kit right? Let me know thanks

I have installed the 6000k kit here It's a very good quality kit with great cutoff line. You can check it out and let me know if you're interested I can offer a great price!
