Can I change the radio display color so I can see the time during the day?

Can I change the radio display color so I can see the time during the day?
I can not see the time on the radio during the day. Is there a way to change the display from white on black to black on white so I can see the time during the day?

Turn the light level/milage selector all the way to the right to turn on/off bright (for daylight) radio backlighting.
