LED Trunk lights
Due to my ICE install in the trunk, the bass box obstructs the factory trunk light. Therefore I decided to install some 5mm superbright white LED's into the side panels. The result is quite OEM. From standing height, you cannot see the LED's un-less they are on (as they are mounted facing the floor).

Cannot wait to see what they look like at night! Al. Al. |

p11wrg On a side note, I also installed 2 led into the top half of the glovebox as we have no lights there. At the moment it is just wired to the lights on, but there is some stray light coming from the shutlines of the glove box lid. Ordered some small pin switches and will get one wired up so that the lights only come on the lid open. When it's all done, I'll post some pics.... You can do the bottom part too, this would be very easy, but I have the DVD unit for the Sat Nav in the bottom, so don't need lighting. http://www.mademake.plus.com/Jazz/carmag2.jpg |
