GD3 Seat Covers
so im looking at seat covers on carid and dont know which sets would look best, ive searched this forum and didnt find anything about covers other than clazzio's (out of my price range.
im looking to spend at most 250 for the whole set i could use some opinions as im unsure what would look tacky with the interior of a 2007 fit also, im looking for the most comfortable set ive narrowed it down to a few sets: https://www.carid.com/2007-honda-fit...s-2532639.html (dont really think it would improve comfort) https://www.carid.com/rixxu/rixxu-pr...883608827.html (the ones i want to order but am worried about it going well with the interior) https://www.carid.com/rixxu/rixxu-fo...883608811.html https://www.carid.com/rixxu/rixxu-er...902768858.html (worst case, but my fit is orange and it would clash) all opinions are appreciated and if you have seat covers on your fit please drop a picture below, thanks! |
How can I really even offer an opinion?
What is one person's "Tacky" is anothers "Looks Great". It's really all up to you. My philosophy? To be honest, I like the cloth seats that came with my 2016 EX. In about 2 years my observation is that they are pretty durable, easy to clean, and continue to look good. I do use a seat cushion on the drivers seat, more for comfort than protection. My feeling is if I keep the vehicle long enough, and do reach a point where the upholstery starts to look bad, then I'll look at options, including seat covers. But until then? Covering cloth...with cloth...seems like a waste. I'd generally want Clazzio's or a seat cover made to specifically fit the vehicle. Universal Fitment is a mass produced compromise. If I'm going seat covers, I want them to fit as precisely as possible. |
I like the third one the best.
Which one did you end up going with? Are you happy with it. I'm actually looking for seat covers for my 2018 EX. My main worry is a poor fit (either too tight or too baggy). |
