Finally some pics of my MR 08
Finally got around to finishing these pics, so here they are.
C&C encouraged (lets keep it nice though):o Fit is Go! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...t/DSC_9915.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...t/DSC_9902.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...t/DSC_9942.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...t/DSC_9919.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...t/DSC_9946.jpg After Tint http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...t/DSC_0011.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...t/DSC_0005.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...t/DSC_9995.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...t/DSC_9998.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...t/DSC_0025.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...t/DSC_0057.jpg some Cliche GGB shots =P http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...t/DSC_0098.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...t/DSC_0092.jpg Thanks all folks! What u think?! |
very enjoyable pics:)
I would space them out though, so that the next pict (above or below) dont clash with it. A border would probably do the same thing too. I really dig the colors as well, your MR stands out well against the somewhat neutral warm tones. The third to last photo where you focused intentionaly on the curb, seems like it really wants something of significance in focus. The actual focus and quality of focus is nice, it just seems like something ever so slightly more interestng to contrast with would make both subjects pop. If nothing was available, then maybe a nice soft gradual focus drop to make it just slighty more abstract while not pointing to something specific (other than the composition of the Fit of course) I love the pics so keep em coming:popc: |
hey those are some good shots
|
Great shots man.
The tint made a great difrence. Tyler |
MR is my fave color :) nice pics! what % tint do you have?
|
Nice composition. The thought you put into these photos sets them aside from a "point-and-shoot" feel. If you don't mind me asking, what camera and settings did you use?
-piper |
I'm going that route of de-badging the "fit" emblem. i like the clean look from the back, all together the composition and editing is good enough for my eyes!
|
awsome photography man, your Fit look great, i really like how it stands out in the pics.... oh what cam are you using?
|
awesome! god i love SF.
|

It kinda just was the floor...

Ciggy,
I also have MR and yellow fogs, but it's not an actual yellow lens. It's a yellow film that goes over the lens and then you can get yellow bulbs, too |

What do you mean flat black covers? By flat blk covers, he means that i should paint the fog light cover (plastic piece over foglight) black. |
nice pics chris never even noticed you debadged it lol
|
What did you use to plug the holes from the front plate bracket?
Nice pics :) |

Mini-Update
Threw on the Fat Fives and sidemarkers I personally think it looks better with the fat fives... Attachment 84113 Attachment 84114 What you guys think? besides telling me to drop it... |
nice pic collection and nice fit. start modding
|
DROP it! :D
BTW, phat 5's looks great on it, never thought it would look so clean! |
Dont like the Fat5's. I had them. Makes the car look like a Aerio. Only thing I liked about my Fat5's is that I had 225's on them. Hehh!
What Id suggest, LS meshies. Offset is better on them and theyre classy looking. Leave them polished too. No paint. Also, a light tint on the sidemarker would look sick. Same darkness as the tails if you can. Right now they pop too much. Love the photo location Those trees are awesome. |
cool pics! No crits here!:wavey:
|
ah you finally put those side markers on huh?
yeah a light tint like 3/10 tint would look nice on those. the fat fives are decent, like mxgt89 the ls meshies would look a whole lot better. but other then that, i love your pictures man. to bad we couldnt get a better photoshoot when i was up there. your fit is clean, for sure... |
07fit; Thanks! but the modding will come super slow if i even do it. I fear theives... automotive crime is getting bad in my neighborhood
hmg; haha drop will come eventually... Thanks! I actually got the idea when i saw a SSM one on them ray; yea the fat fives were a spur of the moment kind of thing, since they are my bro's. As of now, the stockies are back on..=\ I'll try LS's when my buddy finally get his new tires on it. Oh i love having 4x100 when most of my friends have it =) Don't worry about me painting the wheels, i kinda have a thing about not painting stock wheels... I was thinking about painting the sidemarkers a lil but with my experience of painting tint, it is very very very hard to just get it to the darkness you want and im still fine with it just being clear. Location wise, i like it too! Thats one of the real benefits of living in SF, there is a different scence within minutes. Rebecca; Thanks! James; Yea I think i actually got the sidemarkers on the day after the meet..hah Thanks! yeaa at the meet, the lighting was just waaaaayy too harsh but yea next time i guess..lol Its only clean cuz its stock hahaha |

Update: The inner ricer in me got me again... Buddy was ordering LEDs so i got some too, to save on shipping.
here it is, led license plate bulbs. I know its super unecessary but hey it didnt cost too much, nor was it a lot of work to do (lights look less blue in real life) Attachment 83400 More pics and info in the Lighting Section, License plate thread. Comments? |
I think those look so sweet. A few of my friends have them.
I want them too. :-/ |

bored, so i chopped on some Meshes as everyone says it looks good. Iono though, i kinda like the Fat Fives better. I like mesh wheels better but in 15s i think its too small for the fit
Attachment 83396 |
Meshies all the way. The meshies will look way better with a drop.
They fit the Fit really well. Nice PS BTW. |
Hey, what did you use to remove the Fit emblem, floss?
BTW amazing MR Fit, I love the phat 5s. |
