No they're not fully adjustable. They're just normal shocks & springs setup. Another alternative for u is to get J's racing suspension kit from A&J. Valving will be a little different but u still get the supreme quality from SHOWA. I think they're running $860+tax here now? Man i guess u can't get a set of Koni with springs at that price.......

Koni doesn't know Honda vehicles as good as SHOWA that's for sure! SHOWA pretty much make all hydraulic parts for Honda for many years now.

Nice pics! Were there any more comparable cars like xa/b/d or yaris at the track day?

I'm planning on getting over for the Labor Day event. What certifications do you need to run solo over there. Our BMW Club and Scott Adare host Friday at the Track in Spokane and they have instruction for newbies to the track to ensure they have basic track fundamentals before running solo.

Have you ever run in Spokane? I know it'd be a long drive but its a pretty fun high speed track.

I'm pretty sure u will need to go out with an instructor on your first event at Pacific Raceway. 2nd event they might send an instructor out with u for a session or so then after that u can go on to the road course by yourself. That's pretty much the way that Proformance does anyway. I'm not sure about what BMW/Alfa Romeo club do?

The most sub compact that I saw and ran with are the Fits from AJR, and my friend's Echo hatchback. Maybe I don't go there enough to see more?

Yeah, sounds pretty similar to SRP. Here the way it works is you go out with an instructor as a passenger in their car. Then the instructor drives your car with you as passenger. Then you drive with the instructor as passenger. That continues until they feel you are capable of tracking solo. It's pretty dependent on how quickly you learn here.

Well hopefully I'll be joining you in September.

The muffler that I have looks like this:

Yeah I'm agreed that there's more wind noise than anything lol. I didn't bring masking tape to try taping up the mic of the camera. I heard it works well to screen out the wind noise. The exhaust isn't all that loud even with the SPOON B pipe. I'm not sure how loud it is outside though.
haha i have the same hfp axle back... man yall are lucky... we dont have any road courses around here to just go drive at =\

That's not a HFP muffler. It's a SPOON sports type muffler. We only have a small local track here which is just like a parking lot. I have to drive 2.5hrs down to Pacific Raceway and I really don't mind coz it's just too fun.

1wayFit: Nah as u can see what there were out there, there's simply no comparison between my stock L15 Fit and a supercharged Miata, let alone a Porsche Carrera that shoots fireball out of it's tail pipe! It's ok though. It's not a race. Hopefully I can get my runs timed sometime in the future though. Then I would know how much I've improved through out the day that way.
